NAVCORETerms of Service
Effective August 1, 2026
These terms cover the website service sold by NavCore Logistics LLC, doing business as NavCore. When you check the box at checkout, you agree to them.
What we do
We build you a website and we keep it running. What you pay, and what is included, are shown on the order form at the moment you sign up. Those are the terms of your plan.
Billing
You pay monthly. The first payment is taken when you sign up, and every payment after that is taken on the same day of the month, automatically, from the card you gave us.
If a payment fails, our payment company retries it over about two weeks. If it still has not gone through after those tries, the service stops.
Cancelling
There is no contract. You can cancel any time by emailing Contact@NavCore.Pro or calling 214-864-3223. We stop billing you and we do not bill you again. We do not refund the month you are already in.
How long the build takes
We aim to have your first version ready within five business days of the day you send us everything we need. That is a target we work to, not a promise, and the clock starts when your information is complete, not when you pay.
What we need from you
You give us your content — your words, your photos, your logo, your business details. By sending it you are telling us you have the right to use it. You are responsible for what it says and whether it is true. Keep your login details safe, and tell us straight away if you think somebody else has them.
What we will not do
We will not build or host anything illegal, anything that harasses or defames somebody, anything that infringes someone else's work, or anything that breaks the rules of the platforms we build on. We can refuse work and we can end the service if any of that happens.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to text messages, we may text you about your website, your account, and your service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop. If you stop and want them again, text START. Reply HELP for help, or call 214-864-3223. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our work
The design, code and layout we build stay ours until you have paid for them. Your own content stays yours the whole time.
What we are responsible for
We work hard to keep your site up, but no website is up every second of every day, and the parts we build on are run by other companies. We are not responsible for money you did not make, business you did not win, or costs you ran up because something went wrong. If we are ever found responsible for something, the most we owe you is the total you have paid us in the twelve months before it happened.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will post the new version here and change the date at the top. If you keep using the service after that, you are agreeing to the new version.
Which law applies
Texas law governs these terms. Any dispute is handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
