NavCore Logistics LLC, doing business as NavCore, runs this website. We build and run websites for local businesses. This page says what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
What you give us. When you contact us or buy from us, we collect what you type in: your name, your email address, your phone number, and your business name. If you buy, our payment company collects your card details. We never see or store your full card number.
What your browser sends. When you visit, we automatically collect the ordinary things a browser sends: your device, your browser, the city you are in, the pages you look at, and the site or ad you came from.
Why we collect it
To answer you. To build and run your website. To bill you. To send you the messages you asked for. And to see which of our ads bring people here.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and check the box asking for text messages, we may text you about your website, your account, and your service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 214-864-3223.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We pay other companies to run parts of our business. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:
- The company that hosts our website and holds our contact records
- Our payment company, Stripe, which takes your payment
- Our phone and text company, which sends and receives our calls and texts
- Our email company, which sends our email
- Facebook and Instagram advertising, which tells us which ad you came from
- Google Analytics, which tells us how people use the site
We will also hand over information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it and we do not trade it.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and small tracking tags so the site works and so we can see which of our ads are worth paying for. Two of those tags belong to other companies — Facebook and Google — and those companies can see what you do on this site and match it to what you do on other sites. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings. Parts of the site may stop working if you do.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. We do not respond to it.
Your choices
Email us at Contact@NavCore.Pro or call 214-864-3223 and we will show you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. To stop marketing email, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to do the things listed above, and as long as the law requires.
Children
This site is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes to this page
If we change this page in a way that matters, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
