I already have a website. Does that work?
Works fine — most people who buy this already have one. We build the new one, you confirm you like it, and then we switch over the domain to the new site as if it was never offline. The only thing that changes is what people see when they get there.
What's the catch?
There is no catch. Every business deserves an affordable website — one where your customers can see the work you do and the services you provide. It builds trust with them before they're even your customers.
How long until it is live?
3-5 business days with current demand.
Can I stop?
It's month-to-month, with no contracts. If you ever want to cancel, just shoot us an email.
How much of my time does this take?
Almost none. You fill out one form and send over whatever photos you want showcased. That's it.
What if I don't like how it looks?
Rare, but just let us know and we'll fix it.
How do I ask for a change?
Text, Call, or Email — It gets done quicker if you email us, but whatever is easier.
Something on my site stops working. Then what?
We consistently monitor the health of our customers' sites, and have protocols in place to prevent it from crashing. But nothing is perfect, so if you notice it acting weird in any way, please call us so we can fix it immediately.

What happens after I pay?
You will receive an email with the link to a form — the form can be done on a computer or your phone, and takes about 10 minutes. After the form is done, you don't have to do anything else.

NavCore Logistics LLC, doing business as NavCore, runs this website. We build and run websites for local businesses. This page says what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
What you give us. When you contact us or buy from us, we collect what you type in: your name, your email address, your phone number, and your business name. If you buy, our payment company collects your card details. We never see or store your full card number.
What your browser sends. When you visit, we automatically collect the ordinary things a browser sends: your device, your browser, the city you are in, the pages you look at, and the site or ad you came from.
Why we collect it
To answer you. To build and run your website. To bill you. To send you the messages you asked for. And to see which of our ads bring people here.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and check the box asking for text messages, we may text you about your website, your account, and your service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 214-864-3223.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We pay other companies to run parts of our business. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:
- The company that hosts our website and holds our contact records
- Our payment company, Stripe, which takes your payment
- Our phone and text company, which sends and receives our calls and texts
- Our email company, which sends our email
- Facebook and Instagram advertising, which tells us which ad you came from
- Google Analytics, which tells us how people use the site
We will also hand over information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it and we do not trade it.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and small tracking tags so the site works and so we can see which of our ads are worth paying for. Two of those tags belong to other companies — Facebook and Google — and those companies can see what you do on this site and match it to what you do on other sites. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings. Parts of the site may stop working if you do.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. We do not respond to it.
Your choices
Email us at Contact@NavCore.Pro or call 214-864-3223 and we will show you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. To stop marketing email, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to do the things listed above, and as long as the law requires.
Children
This site is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes to this page
If we change this page in a way that matters, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.

Terms of Service

These terms cover the website service sold by NavCore Logistics LLC, doing business as NavCore. When you check the box at checkout, you agree to them.
What we do
We build you a website and we keep it running. What you pay, and what is included, are shown on the order form at the moment you sign up. Those are the terms of your plan.
Billing
You pay monthly. The first payment is taken when you sign up, and every payment after that is taken on the same day of the month, automatically, from the card you gave us.
If a payment fails, our payment company retries it over about two weeks. If it still has not gone through after those tries, the service stops.
Cancelling
There is no contract. You can cancel any time by emailing Contact@NavCore.Pro or calling 214-864-3223. We stop billing you and we do not bill you again. We do not refund the month you are already in.
How long the build takes
We aim to have your first version ready within five business days of the day you send us everything we need. That is a target we work to, not a promise, and the clock starts when your information is complete, not when you pay.
What we need from you
You give us your content — your words, your photos, your logo, your business details. By sending it you are telling us you have the right to use it. You are responsible for what it says and whether it is true. Keep your login details safe, and tell us straight away if you think somebody else has them.
What we will not do
We will not build or host anything illegal, anything that harasses or defames somebody, anything that infringes someone else's work, or anything that breaks the rules of the platforms we build on. We can refuse work and we can end the service if any of that happens.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to text messages, we may text you about your website, your account, and your service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop. If you stop and want them again, text START. Reply HELP for help, or call 214-864-3223. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy at navcore.pro/privacy.
Our work
The design, code and layout we build stay ours until you have paid for them. Your own content stays yours the whole time.
What we are responsible for
We work hard to keep your site up, but no website is up every second of every day, and the parts we build on are run by other companies. We are not responsible for money you did not make, business you did not win, or costs you ran up because something went wrong. If we are ever found responsible for something, the most we owe you is the total you have paid us in the twelve months before it happened.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will post the new version here and change the date at the top. If you keep using the service after that, you are agreeing to the new version.
Which law applies
Texas law governs these terms. Any dispute is handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
